Sunday Reset | Chakra-focused Meditative Movement with Cocoon Yoga Lab

Start your week off right by getting to know your own energy.
Are you curious about the seven main chakras within your body? Join Cocoon Yoga Lab founder, owner, and Certified Sound Healer Tammy Mores for a workshop exploring these wheels of energy believed to help regulate emotions and play a vital role in cultivating life force.
With Tammy’s guidance, you’ll use breath, gentle movements, and meditation to get to know your chakras and move energy throughout your system. Through visualization and sound, you’ll discover which chakras need focus to open up a clear channel of energy flow. We’ll walk through ways to align each chakra via foods, colors you bring into your life, yoga postures, and more. Tammy will also use her crystal alchemy sound bowls to guide you deeper into alignment with your energy centers, as each of her bowls are specially tuned to match the energy of a specific chakra.
Restorative, energizing, and a fascinating way to get to know your own body and mind, this session is beginner-friendly and open to meditators of all skill levels.
Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, bolster/pillow, an eye mask, or rolled beach towel. We recommend you wear comfy clothes, preferably layers and socks.

A switch to a calmer mind and a stronger body, creating balance and purpose. Yoga is the journey to becoming the architect of the life YOU want. I founded Cocoon Yoga Lab in Bentonville, Arkansas, as a place to belong, a place to grow and transform. It’s a place of community to experiment with new yoga experiences to make life more joyful. I’m certified in many modalities, including 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing, AIReal Instructor, Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga, World Paddle Association, Yin/Restorative Yoga, and Reiki.
