Every month, join Cocoon Yoga Lab for a peaceful pause—a moment of stillness, a chance to quiet your mind, and a space to simply be.

Through the combination of breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing vibrations of sound-healing instruments, this twice-a-month practice will guide you toward deep relaxation and inner peace. In our series, we’ll explore chakra balancing, different meditation styles, and techniques to reset and rejuvenate after the demands of the week.

Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a welcoming environment to unwind, recharge, and discover the most effective ways to experience true relaxation. No experience is necessary—this event is open to all.
