Join us in Fermentation Hall for a morning of heart-opening yoga flow with instructor Kari Pace from Cocoon Yoga Lab. In this practice, you’ll build a sense of inner strength and openness through a combination of thoughtful movement, breathwork, and mindfulness—just what you need to start the week off right.

Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle with lid, and any props you prefer. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes, preferably layers and socks.
