Tastemakers | Synesthesia: A Non-alcoholic Flavor Workshop
This event has moved to Fermentation Hall.
If you’ve been watching the non-alcoholic (NA) drink scene this past year, then you know cutting out alcohol doesn’t mean cutting back on flavor.
To highlight some of that innovation happening right here in Northwest Arkansas, we’re partnering with the Pink House Alchemy team to explore flavor and color in this in-depth workshop. Whether you’re starting the year off with a Dry January or are just curious about flavor combinations, you’ll have the chance to discover how pH is going beyond just offering alternatives to spirited drinks and learn how to create great-tasting flavor palates at home.
Pink House Alchemy brand ambassadors Cyrenthia Mclennan and Morgan Shortt, with direction by mixologist and Director of Special Projects Jared Wierman, will walk us through a tasting menu of NA drinks and chef-crafted small bites designed to link flavor and color in exciting ways. You’ll learn the fundamentals of creating perfect flavor pairings and even mix a few drinks yourself.
Then, to make sure your new skills don’t disappear like a bad resolution, you’ll get a take-home kit of supplies, mixers, and ingredients that will let you experiment with your own NA flavor combinations at home.
Who knows—you might even be featured as a Tastemaker yourself. See you there.
Tickets are $75 ($65/members), reserve your spot online or with the Box Office at (479) 657-2335 today.
Ticket includes registration for the event, all workshop supplies, all drinks, all food pairings, and take-home kit of NA drink supplies.
