Arkansas New Play Festival

Experience the supernova start of four brand new plays!

Join TheatreSquared and the Momentary this summer for a series of trail-blazing new plays and enjoy the chance to help shape new works from the ground up. In addition to sitting in for the performances, you’re invited to enjoy intimate conversations between the playwrights, directors, and cast, and even share your own thoughts with the author and creative team directly. More than a performance, this festival is a celebration of new works made specifically for the American stage. Featuring new plays by: Joseph Scott Ford, Tammy Ryan, Tony Meneses, and The LatinX Theatre Project.

The New Play Festival will take place over two weekends. The second weekend will take place July 23 and 24 at TheatreSquared.

Tickets are $10 for individual readings, $50 for a two-week festival pass. Reserve your spot online through TheatreSquared.
