Community Meet Up | Leashes & Lattes with Best Friends Animal Society
Saturday morning is made for hanging out with coffee and a good friend – it’s even better if the friend is a dog! Best Friends makes your Saturday morning just a little bit brighter with Leashes and Lattes, an informal gathering time for dogs, coffee, and the people who love them!
On select Saturdays, Best Friends will be hanging out at the Onyx Coffee Bar at the Momentary with a selection of adorable adoptable dogs as well as free pup cups – for your pups and ours – from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Drop by and make some new furry friends!
Free, no tickets required.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, all dogs are asked to remain on leashes while mingling.
This event is part of our Community Meet Up series. Throughout the year, local community partners gather in various spaces across the Momentary, holding space and creating space for their communities to come together in a casual, welcoming way. ABOUT BEST FRIENDS
Best Friends Animal Society is a leading national animal welfare organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and cats in America’s shelters and making the entire country no-kill. Founded in 1984, Best Friends runs lifesaving facilities in Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Northwest Arkansas, and Salt Lake City, as well as programs in partnership with more than 5,500 shelters and rescue organizations across the country.
The Best Friends Pet Resource Center in Northwest Arkansas is the first facility of its kind—reimagining how communities support pets and the people who love them. Designed as a welcoming, community‑focused hub, the center offers a full calendar of free family‑friendly events, adoptable pets, resources for pet owners in need, and even has a coffee shop. It serves as a place to gather, connect, and work together to save the lives of dogs and cats across Northwest Arkansas and beyond.
