Sunday Reset | Yoga with Kayce Hyde
Let’s hit the reset button and start the week off right, shall we?
Before you head to brunch or take on those nagging weekend chores, join instructor Kayce Hyde for a Sunday morning of revitalizing yoga and stillness. This class is perfect for yogis of all levels—for folks who have never practiced yoga and seasoned practitioners alike. Kayce’s gentle practice will help you shake off the stress and stiffness of the past week, with an emphasis on cultivating self-compassion for your body and mind. Can’t wait to see you on your mat!
The event is free, with registration encouraged but not required.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Arrive early! Doors open at 8:45 a.m. to start setting up your space. Please arrive no later than 9:10 a.m. so as not to disturb the practice.
- Please enter through the Momentary’s main entrance as this yoga class occurs outside our normal operating hours. The main entrance is located at the south side of the building, just beyond the Arvest Bank Courtyard, closest to the main parking lot. A map can be found here.
- Come prepared! Please bring a blanket or yoga mat and water.
- Per CDC guidelines, adult guests and staff who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face coverings. Children’s masks are available upon entry for those who do not have one. Additional safety measures will be observed where possible.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kayce Hyde is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the University of Arkansas and has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with the Tennessee School of Yoga. Kayce has a passion for infusing self-compassion and mindfulness into all aspects of her research, clinical work, and yoga practice.
