Are you wanting to start a meditation practice and not sure where to start? Or maybe you are looking for new ways to be mindful. Let’s open the senses to find a place of calm.

Surrounded by the works of Awol Erizku, Cocoon Yoga Lab will guide you through various styles of meditation and make it accessible to all. Using a variety of simple tools, we will help you move to a deeper mindstate.

Whether you’re new to yoga and want to learn some foundational poses or a seasoned yogi looking for a chance to slow down, this is a perfect class for all.

Tickets are $12 ($10 for members), reserve your spot online or with the Box Office at (479) 657-2335 today. 
Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, small bolster/pillow, an eye mask soft cloth to cover eyes. We recommend you wear warm, comfortable layers.
