Sunday Reset | Outdoor Sound-filled Slow Flow
Start your week off right with a soothing, outdoor yoga flow and sound session.
Join Cocoon Yoga Lab next to Buckyball, an installation by Leo Villareal, for an outdoor yoga flow practice. With the teacher’s guidance, you’ll move through a gentle, slow yoga flow that fosters a nurturing and relaxing practice. We’ll begin softly and transition from longer holds into a slower, vinyasa-style flow built for practitioners of all levels, ending with restorative poses designed to leave you relaxed. Along the way, we will provide live meditative music for the session using a variety of instruments to guide your practice into a deeper state of bliss.
Whether you’re new to yoga and want to learn some foundational poses or a seasoned yogi looking for a chance to slow down, this is a perfect class for all.
