The April 23 Moment of Movement event has been canceled.

Join Cocoon Yoga Lab every other Tuesday for an evening of restorative movement at the Momentary.

Energizing and gently challenging, this session of “mellow-ish” warm flow is designed for those who want the benefits of mild heat without the speed and intensity that comes from a dynamic yoga class. Throughout the practice, we’ll explore a variety of postures through breath and movement, building strength, gaining flexibility and developing stillness within.

Beginner-friendly and open to yogis of all skill levels, this class is designed to challenge your practice, no matter how new or experienced you are. We’ll work up to a glisten, but you will not be dripping in sweat —perfect if you want to unwind with friends in the Tower Bar after class. (Discounts available for all class attendees.)

Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, small bolster, or pillow. We also recommend you wear comfortable layers you can easily stretch and move in.‌‌‌ Yoga mats will be available on request for each class.
