MoPros | Ikebana Floral Design Workshop
How do you spend your five-to-nine?
We know that the nine-to-five grind takes dedication. But, the interesting part of your day doesn’t have to end at the office door. Make the most of your after-work hours and recharge in style with MoPros—curated experiences for creative professionals. Meet other young professionals, master new skills, and sample some of the best menus and experiences the area has to offer as we highlight the makers, entrepreneurs, and innovators making a difference in Northwest Arkansas.
This month, Kaleidoscope Collective and Momentary are joining forces to bring you the art of Ikebana with local artist Arianna Hesler. Join us for a serene and artistic journey into the world of Ikebana, the traditional art of Japanese floral design. In this unique workshop, you will explore the beauty of seasonal branches and dried flowers to create stunning, harmonious compositions that capture the essence of nature’s changing tapestry.
Tickets are $45 ($38/members), reserve your spot online or with the Box Office at (479) 657-2335 today.
About the artist
Arianna Hesler is the maker behind Sojourn & Abide. She moved to NWA in May of 2019 which is also when she started her journey with floral design. She has spent the last 4 years working as a freelance florist learning from other florists in the area. Somewhere along the way she decided she wanted to pick back up with pottery, and so Sojourn & Abibe was born. She believes that flowers and pottery compliment each other perfectly and she loves finding new ways to use both of these mediums to create beautiful art for her clients.
