Sunday Reset | Centering Breathwork Practice with Cocoon Yoga Lab

Come give yourself a reset before the fall and winter holidays!
Join the Momentary and Cocoon Yoga Lab for an indoor centering and calming breathwork practice in the RØDE House. As many of us prepare for the busy season ahead, our guest instructor Raina Vaughan will guide us through a relaxing, hour-long breathwork practice, helping you reduce stress and prepare for the week ahead.
Breathwork combines an ancient two-step breathing technique with contemporary, upbeat music to create a soothing physical and spiritual experience. By blending breathing, meditation, and music, you’ll find the space to release emotional and physical tension and boost your creativity and mood. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a soothing herbal tea to help you carry that relaxed feeling into the rest of your day.
No experience with breathwork? No problem! Raina will provide step-by-step guidance to help you find your center, as well as ADA accommodations for anyone who has difficulties lying down. We do recommend that anyone who wants to get extra comfy bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket to keep cozy, and a journal and pen for reflection during this practice.

Due to the postures and breathing exercises included in breathwork, this practice is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with breathing conditions. Be sure to consult your physician before engaging in any new physical activity.
About the Instructor

Raina Vaughan is a sales director, certified life coach, and breathwork instructor. She has honed her practice at studios in New York, Costa Rica, and Los Angeles and is excited to bring this ancient healing modality to Northwest Arkansas with a modern, musical twist. Raina received her Level 3 breathwork certification through Revelation Breathwork and has been guiding classes at Cocoon Yoga lab for multiple years.
