About Robbie Cellier
Robbie moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2020 from Southern California after graduating from California State University Dominguez Hills with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Hospitality. What started as a seasonal holiday server position at The Preacher’s Son quickly advanced to Lead Bartender, where he spent the following year diving into all things craft cocktail.
Since then he has worked at Theo’s in Rogers as Assistant General Manager and the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter kitchen. In 2024 he opened Hardwater Cocktail Room as part of the bartender team and in 2025 he stepped into the role of General Manager. The community and its ever-changing nature has become a source of fuel and excitement for him. The relationships he builds with guests and industry professionals directly impacts his curation of any given cocktail menu.
When he’s not working you can find him walking his dogs, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or out on a patio with friends
