Begin your week with intention by connecting to the vibrant energy within you. Join Cocoon Yoga Lab founder and sound healer Tammy Mores, for an immersive workshop exploring the seven main chakras—your body’s energy centers believed to influence emotions, vitality, and overall balance.
In this workshop, Tammy will guide you through breathwork, gentle movements, and meditation to help you discover and connect with your chakras. Using visualization and the resonant tones of her crystal alchemy sound bowls, each uniquely tuned to a specific chakra, you’ll uncover areas that need focus and learn how to create a clear channel for energy flow. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to align your chakras through yoga postures, intentional colors, nourishing foods, and more.
This beginner-friendly session is restorative, energizing, and a fascinating opportunity to understand the connection between your body, mind, and energy.
