Join ELXR Yoga Lounge inside the Momentary’s RØDE House to beat the heat and start your week off right. Recently featured in Yoga Journal for their unique and innovative classes, instructors from ELXR will lead a 60 minute Flow & Stretch, a signature class at EYL. Flow & Stretch is 30 minutes of power yoga to get your heart rate up, followed by 30 minutes of yin yoga to help you relax and build long-term flexibility.  You will need  your mat, mask, water bottle, and any props you might want to use for this free practice
