Sunday Reset | Mindful Flow
Start your week off right with a bit of flow!
Join Cocoon Yoga Lab for a mindful yoga flow practice in the RØDE House. Cocoon will lead you through an all levels flow designed to bring peace to the mind and body. It’s all about the connection between synchronized breathing into and out of poses. We’ll explore a variety of postures through breath and movement, building strength, gaining flexibility, and developing stillness within.

Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, small bolster/pillow, an eye mask, or soft cloth to cover your eyes. We recommend you wear comfortable layers you can easily stretch and move in.
