Sunday Reset | Moment of Sound

Let go and be open to receiving light. The Momentary and Cocoon Yoga Lab have joined together to bring you a sound journey.

This Sunday Reset is all about giving you a deep chill experience. Cocoon Yoga Lab founder Tammy Mores will envelop you in sound, taking you from an active brain state to a relaxed mind and beyond, easing you into a deep meditative state. Think of the journey from the monkey mind to complete relaxation. Using her crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more, she will create vibrations that permeate your senses for a sense of deep, abiding peace.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye mask or soft cloth and anything else to help you make a super cozy spot on the floor. You may opt to bring a journal/pen to write about your experience at the end of the session. We recommend you wear comfy clothes, preferably layers and socks.
