Sunday Reset | Sensory Meditation Boxes with Cocoon Yoga Lab
Special Sunday Reset, incoming! The Momentary and Cocoon Yoga Lab have joined together to craft a meditation experience with gifts that keep on giving.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind Sunday Reset, complete with a take-home box of sensory meditation tools designed to complement one hour of guided meditation practice led by Cocoon instructors Brittney Reamer, Megan Gotham, and Amber Bauman. Utilizing a combination of locally sourced goods, curiosity, and the beautiful environment of the Momentary Green, we will take you on a sensorial meditation journey using items designed to help us slow down and literally smell the roses (or eucalyptus, as the case may be). And, since the box is yours to keep, you’ll be able to revisit that moment of zen time and time again.

Registration covers the cost of the sensory tools and is required to join the practice. Please also bring a blanket or yoga mat, water bottle, mask, and your imagination!
$30 ($24/Members), register online or by calling Guest Services at 479.657.2335.
Deadline to register is Saturday, September 18.
Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we require all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Brittany Reamer
Brittany is a Vinyasa-certified yoga instructor whose mission as a yoga teacher is to provide a safe space for people to get to know themselves better through breath and movement. Brittany also teaches a free weekly Self-care Sunday class at Cocoon Yoga Lab at 8th Street Market that is 90 minutes and open for all.

Megan Gotham
Megan is not only a certified yoga instructor but also a life coach. She loves to inspire people to live they were made to be by helping them discover their purpose and create a plan for living fulfilled. She’s being practicing yoga for over 20 years and focused on the whole of yoga, not just the poses. She lives a life that focuses on empathy and understanding for others. Megan leads Meditation sessions at Cocoon that meet in nature and allow moments of silence to be spoken and the journey of the heart to be explored.

Amber Baumann
Amber is a fairly recent transplant to Northwest Arkansas from Colorado teaching Yin and Yin Yoga Nidra at Cocoon weekly. When she was 19 she found yoga and it helped solve the debilitating back pain she had experienced throughout childhood. It started out as a practice she used to heal physically and evolved into a practice that healed and sustained her mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Her yoga practice is a space in which she shows up authentically and unapologetically without judgment. It’s a space where Amber is reminded of breath, the present moment, and the intricate beauty of life.
