Sunday Reset | Yoga and Meditation with Nick Cave: Until

Sunday Reset provides a fresh start for minds and bodies by engaging in different forms of meditation.
Cocoon Yoga Lab’s Amber Baumann creates space for us to reset with a hybrid yoga and meditation practice, set within Nick Cave: Until. We’ve heard it many times: 2020 has been an extraordinary year. Nick Cave: Until challenges us to examine our collective experience while inspiring thought and intention for the future. Take time to reflect on the year that has been and open your imaginations to the year ahead with a 30 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.
Note: Please have a yoga mat or large towel ready for your practice. A journal/pen and blanket will also be useful.

About the Instructor
Amber Baumann is a fairly recent transplant to NWA from Colorado and is teaching at Cocoon Yoga Lab weekly. At the age of 19, Baumann found yoga and it helped solve the debilitating back pain she’d experienced throughout childhood. It started out as a practice to heal her physically, and evolved into a practice that healed and sustained her mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She views her yoga practice as a space in which she can show up authentically and unapologetically, without judgement. It’s where she is reminded of her breath, the present moment, and the intricate beauty of life.
