Supper Club | Jason Paul
Join us for a night of exquisite food, engaging conversation, and lively community at Supper Club.
We believe great food should be shared, which is why we invite you to an evening where you can connect and share stories over a meal. It’s not just about the food; it’s about the connections we make and the community we build together, one meal at a time. This month’s Supper Club is with Jason Paul, the head chef and co-owner of Heirloom at the 1907, and is a current 2026 James Beard finalist.
Tickets are $115 ($105/members), reserve your spot online or with Box Office at (479) 657-2335 today.
ABOUT THE SERIES
Supper Club is a monthly curated dinner series where you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course family-style meal and meaningful conversations with fellow food lovers. Every Supper Club highlights the talent of a local chef, showcasing their culinary artistry in a way that celebrates our community and encourages connection and conversation.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Jason Paul is the chef and co-owner of the 20-seat tasting menu restaurant, Heirloom at the 1907 and the hi-fi cocktail bar, Pinky Swear. Both are located in historic Downtown Rogers, Arkansas.
Jason began cooking professionally at a young age in Phoenix, Arizona, which is where he was born and raised. After starting in the kitchen at Mary Elaine’s in Phoenix at fourteen, he worked in restaurants in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Maine, and for the last 11 years here in Northwest Arkansas. Jason was an instructor at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food in 2016 and 2017 before opening Heirloom at the 1907 in 2019. Jason is also a James Beard Award Finalist in the Best Chef South category for the year 2026.
When he’s not cooking, he enjoys hanging out with his 3 dogs, golfing, dining out, or finding cool records for the Pinky Swear record collection.
