Supper Club with Chef Juan Bahena

Join us for a night of exquisite food, handcrafted cocktails, and engaging conversation at Supper Club, the Momentary’s newest dining experience! We believe great food should be shared, which is why we invite you to an evening where you can connect and share stories over a meal. It’s not just about the food; it’s about the connections we make and the community we build together, one meal at a time.

Whether you’re dining with old friends or new faces, the evening is all about enjoying the meal and the company!

ABOUT THE CHEF
Originally from Chicago, Juan Bahena attended the University of Arkansas and never looked back. With deep Mexican roots and a passion for his heritage, Juan has built his career around fostering community through authentic cuisine and cultural celebration.
As the founder of Tula, Juan’s vision goes beyond food—he has created a space where people can connect over traditional Mexican flavors and shared experiences. Inspired by Unión de Tula, the hometown of his wife’s family, Tula embodies the richness of Mexico’s culinary traditions while serving as a gathering place in Fayetteville.
Beyond Tula, Juan is constantly developing new projects that reflect his passion for food and culture. His latest ventures include Taqueria Lucha, a street taco concept named after his daughter Lucia’s nickname, and Costa, a seafood restaurant inspired by the vibrant coastal cuisine of the Mexican Pacific coast.
Juan is also the co-founder of Casa Dos Alas, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Northwest Arkansas. To support this mission, he launched Noche en Jalisco, an immersive tequila experience and annual fundraising event where all proceeds benefit Casa Dos Alas initiatives.
His commitment to service and cultural advocacy earned him a 40 Under 40 award, recognizing his leadership and impact. Through his work, Juan continues to promote and showcase Mexican culture, ensuring that its traditions thrive and inspire future generations.
