ABOUT THE CHEF
Born and raised in Northern Maine, Nadia Bentley has spent the past decade in Northwest Arkansas learning about Ozark cuisine and discovering a love for unique and colorful dishes. She has degrees in Business Administration from John Brown University and Culinary Arts from Brightwater.
Nadia began her work in the hospitality industry as a catering supervisor with Creative Dining Services where she learned to be detail oriented and fast paced. She started working at Crystal Bridges Museum in 2019 as a line cook in the restaurant, Eleven. Now, as Chef de Cuisine she manages the restaurant, food truck, plaza cafe, and other outlets. Her goal as a chef and manager is to maintain an environment of learning, growth, and opportunity for everyone who enters her kitchen. She loves to utilize unique colors and flavors in her dishes and while also taking inspiration from the artistry displayed in the museum around her.

About the Music
Though Odeon Collective has been in NWA for a little over 3 years, the group itself has over two decades of experience in DJing around the country. Whether being the official music curators for Hot Luck Fest in Austin, Texas to hosting shows on KUAF, the Odeon Collective is the gold standard of vinyl DJing.
