Join us for a special morning Tastemakers event as we transform the Momentary’s RØDE House into a restaurant pop-up, featuring a Japanese breakfast by award-winning chef collective Et Al.

Genmai-cha: roasted green tea
Misoshiru: miso soup with tofu, scallion, and wakame (gf, vegan available)
Gohan: steamed hapa rice (gf, vegan)
Shiozake: salt-cured salmon (gf, vegan braised bamboo sub available)
Onsen tamago: hot spring sous vide egg with dashi sauce, scallion, and fresno pepper (gf, no sub)
Hiyayakko: chilled tofu with ginger & soy sauce, scallions, bonito flake (gf, vegan available)
Ohitashi dashi: blanched chrysanthemum greens in warm, dashi-based sauce (gf, vegan available)
Tsukemono (“pickled things”): braised kombu, daikon radish, and chayote squash pickles (gf, vegan. contains sesame)

Et Al. is a collective of chefs working collaboratively to build a more delicious and equitable future for the food and beverage industry in Tulsa.

The core practices that make us unique are:

  1. full and equal profit distribution for every member from their first day, and
    democratic governance structures.
  2. We cook weekly, monthly, and one-time pop-ups at Foolish Things Coffee across a variety of cuisines and service styles. Check our calendar for dates, booking, and more details about each concept!

We were a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant 2023 by the James Beard Foundation, along with 30 other restaurants from across the country.
