We’re teaming up with Andrea Allen–co-founder of Onyx Coffee, 2020 US Barista Champion, and 2021 Runner-up World Barista Champion–for our first-ever Tastemakers brunch.
Before delving into the handcrafted pairings of this tasteful four-course brunch, you’ll begin by cleansing your palate with a cup of Gesha pour-over and hear insights from Andrea about her views on hospitality and experience as an entrepreneur and coffee expert. As we move through each course, we’ll screen clips from The Road to Milan, the docuseries chronicling Andrea’s journey to the World Barista Championships in 2021, to get an inside look at the world of global coffee competitions.

Andrea Allen
Andrea Allen is the co-founder of Onyx Coffee Lab, the 2020 US Barista Champion, and the 2021 World Barista Champion Runner-up. She believes that coffee is what brings us together, uniting every person along the supply chain, bridging gaps between generations, and creating the space where all great conversations happen. Outside of coffee, she enjoys running, riding horses, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
