For one night only, Hereford and his band of culinary rogues are setting aside the fried bologna sandwiches and brushing off their fine dining skills. In this four-course, guest chef experience, you’ll get to taste for yourself the care and the precision behind every rave-worthy dish. And it all comes without sacrificing the creativity that makes a visit to Turkey and the Wolf a masterclass in dang good food.

Chef Mason Hereford has been described as “a cross between Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Willy Wonka”—and it shows. Whether it’s Lamb Tartare served between two Pringles, Lobster Tostadas with brown butter Old Bay mayo, or ice cream served with, quote, “lots of stuff,” Hereford’s childhood love of food is on mouthwatering display in every dish.
