BENTONVILLE, Ark. — To celebrate its fifth birthday, the Momentary will host a free, family-friendly House Party on Saturday, February 22. Community members are invited to enjoy a day featuring live music, interactive art pop-ups, custom tattoos and Momentary merch, live screen printing, and dynamic food and drinks.
Additionally, awe-inspiring vertical performance artists BANDALOOP will host open rehearsals throughout the day, along with a sneak peek of an all-new performance at 4 PM. Founded by Amelia Rudolph and under the artistic direction of Melecio Estrella, the group’s work re-imagines dance, activates public spaces, and inspires wonder and imagination in audiences around the world.
BANDALOOP, who are artists-in-residence at the Momentary, performed at the venue’s opening in 2020. After completing its residency, the group will perform a new work activating the Momentary’s Tower and roof spaces in June 2025.
Since opening in 2020, the Momentary has become a premier performance destination for acclaimed musicians, hosted myriad food pop-ups highlighting local, regional, and national chefs, and featured countless art exhibitions and installations for all to experience for free.
The Momentary’s House Party is free to attend, no tickets are required.
