Remember: your safety is our top priority. We are fully aware that we are still in the midst of COVID-19 cases in the area, so we are taking extra precautions to help you enjoy your visit with peace of mind. The Momentary requires visitors and staff to wear face coverings for ages 10 and older indoors and outdoors, except when eating and drinking. Face shields and face coverings with exhaust valves or vents are not allowed. Masks are available for those who do not have one.
See Sarah Cain: In Nature in the Lobby Gallery
Our newest gallery exhibition is opening February 13! Los Angeles-based contemporary artist Sarah Cain created a site-responsive exhibition for the Momentary called Sarah Cain: In Nature, now on view (and free for all!) in the Lobby Gallery.
When Cain visited Bentonville, she was inspired by the raw state of the former factory building that the Momentary occupies, and the overall integration of the natural setting of the gallery experience. She decided to create an exhibition that would allow visitors to discover the space anew. Sarah Cain: In Nature, featuring a combination of existing and new artworks, focuses on formal observations from nature and the search for new possibilities during a worldwide moment of sheltering in place and limited mobility.
P.S. We’ll also have two more exhibitions opening later in February, so be sure to come back and see those as well!
Grab a warm coffee drink at Onyx Coffee Lab and discover art
Enjoy coffee as you explore artwork at the Momentary. Our Onyx Coffee Lab location offers all the coffee drinks and snacks you expect from the coffee brand. Have them handed to you by one of our lovely baristas, or grab your drink off the conveyor belt. Drinks with closed lids can be taken into the galleries while you enjoy Sarah Cain: In Nature, or around the grounds as you find outdoor art projects. Snap some cute photos enjoying art and coffee and tag us @theMomentary!
