Start your week off right with a bit of flow.

Join Cocoon Yoga Lab instructor Natasha Hobson for a balanced yoga flow practice surrounded by the sculptural works of artist Firelei Baez. Baez’s installation invites visitors to traverse passageways and travel through time and space, engaging with streams of interconnectedness. To compliment and connect to this unique setting, Natasha will lead you through a truly balanced yoga flow designed to deepen your own flow states, moving “Vin to Yin”.

Together, we’ll merge the internal, passive, cooling world of yin with the external, dynamic, warming characteristics of yang, starting with flowing vinyasa movement followed by deep stretching. Your breath will serve as the bridge between these two different styles of yoga, creating space and easing tension in the body.

Restorative, energizing, and peacefully inspirational, this session is beginner-friendly and open to yogis of all skill levels.

Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, small bolster/pillow, an eye mask, or rolled beach towel. We recommend you wear comfortable layers you can easily stretch and move in.
