Do You Know What You’re Doing Here? | Blake Worthey
Dance-theater artist Blake Worthey will engage audiences in a dance performance titled Do You Know What You’re Doing Here? This one-person show is a story about big things like good and evil, bigger and eviler things like fashion, but most importantly, it’s about how stories destroy us and save us. Worthey will have multiple performances, allowing guests to visit during the time period of their choosing to ensure proper distancing in the Gallery.

Safety is the Momentary’s top priority. The Momentary is operating at a one-third capacity with staff monitoring onsite to ensure proper distancing is taking place. The Momentary requires visitors and staff to wear face coverings for ages 10 and older indoors and outdoors. Following the most recent recommendations from the CDC, face shields and face coverings with exhaust valves or vents are not allowed. Masks are available upon entry for those who do not have one.
ABOUT Blake Worthey
Blake Worthey is a dance-theater artist originally from Memphis,Tennessee, with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After earning his degree and delivering a notable performance of WHATT?!!! by Rennie Harris, Worthey studied at Modus Operandi, a Vancouver-based contemporary dance training for young emerging professionals within a multi-year curriculum. In Vancouver, he worked with OutInnerSpace, RadicalSystemArt, Company 605, Kidd Pivot, and Ballet BC. Most recently Worthey attended Orsolina28 where he studied the process of Crystal Pite and William Forsythe. Worthy has performed as part of a “Looking for America” exhibit in 2019 and he has been a guest artist of the Northwest Arkansas Ballet Theater for the past three years. Most recently, Worthy had a feature role in Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye’s Immortal Beloved:Possessed by Genius.
