In Conversation with Bryce Arroyos
Join us for a conversation with local designer Bryce Arroyos and associate curator Kaitlin Garcia-Maestas, moderated by INTERFORM. Inspired by our current exhibition In Some Form or Fashion, you’ll get a closer look at the themes and vision of both art and artist. We’ll explore Arroyos’ work Waste Garden, how it interrogates the relationship between fashion and waste, and how surprising new life can grow from the two.
Free, tickets required. Reserve your spot online or with Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today.
Bryce Arroyos is a local fashion designer who turns overlooked donated clothing into wearable pieces of art. His process of transformation begins by finding inspiration from different cultures, eras and his own life. Most of his materials are found at donation bins on their last stop before the landfill.
Presented in partnership with INTERFORM.
