What discounts do I get as a member?

Do you offer any discounts on membership?

A 10% discount is available on all membership levels for educators, seniors (62+), students, military, and Crystal Bridges and the Momentary volunteers.

Memberships are also family friendly! All Momentary member levels include benefits for all children ages 18 and under in the member household.

Will I get a membership card?

In efforts toward sustainability, we are pleased to offer digital membership cards. You can access your card by logging into your account on our website. Our Guest Services team will be happy to assist you onsite for membership needs.

What member events are offered?

Members are invited to participate in exclusive events such as exhibition previews, behind-the-scenes tours, meet-and-greets and more! More information will be shared soon about Momentary Member Events.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase to a certain event with my member benefit?

As a Momentary member, your benefits unlock two tickets per member (four total per household) per event at the member price.

Am I eligible to travel with the Momentary?

Yes! Our Member Travel program offers you the chance to explore major art destinations with fellow members and Momentary leadership.

Members contributing $500 or more in support are eligible for MO Travel opportunities by purchasing the MO Travel add-on for $1000. Please contact us for a list of upcoming travel programs and member level qualifications for each trip.

Do members receive reciprocal benefits at other museums?

Yes! The Momentary participates in the North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM). It offers free or discounted admission and other member perks at more than 1,000 museums and cultural institutions in North America. This benefit is available for members at the Mo Friend level and above. Show your digital membership card with NARM logo at participating museums to receive your benefits. Are memberships tax-deductible?

Yes, a portion of your membership is tax-deductible. Please email Memberships@CrystalBridges-theMomentary.org for details about your level.

How do monthly payments work?

If you have chosen the monthly payment option, your credit card will be charged for the membership rate at your chosen level each month. You may increase/decrease your payment at any time by contacting our Membership team. Monthly payment options require a minimum 12-month commitment and opt-in to auto-renewal.

Will my membership automatically renew?

For your convenience, membership plans will automatically renew at the end of your membership period if you pay via credit card. You will receive an email before your card is charged. If you wish to change your card information or opt-out at this time, please email Memberships@CrystalBridges-theMomentary.org or call the Member Priority Line at (479) 418-5728.

Do I get any benefits in the Tower Bar as a MO Member?

  • MO Friend-level and higher memberships have expanded access to the Tower Bar, which includes the ability to reserve space in advance. For reservations, please email MoMemberPriority@theMomentary.org.
